If you’re someone who’s not just experienced with setting up and optimizing HR systems like ATS, LMS, and HRIS, but also excited about the opportunity to shape a company’s culture from the ground up, we want to hear from you! In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and continuously enhancing our HR systems, including developing and managing training on our LMS. You’ll also drive employee engagement and champion Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and new hires
  • Coordinate the setup and ongoing optimization of HR systems, including ATS, LMS, and HRIS, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Process accurate and timely payroll for multi-state employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Design and implement impactful training programs on the LMS and Performance Management systems that empower employees and foster development
  • Administer employee benefits and offer expert guidance on benefits-related questions, helping employees make informed decisions
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and plan fun, inclusive events to nurture a positive, collaborative workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with CA labor laws, while providing multi-state HR support across New York, Hawaii, Guam, and Arizona
  • Lead and contribute to DEI efforts, ensuring that all employees feel valued, heard, and included
  • Maintain accurate HR records and data for compliance, reporting, and strategic decision-making
  • Track key HR metrics and use them to inform reports and shape HR strategies that drive positive change
  • Provide expert HR support, helping employees navigate challenges and fostering a positive experience across the company
  • Assist with facility maintenance, office supply orders, and vendor management

Qualifications
  • Experience: 4+ years in a HR Generalist role with hands-on experience setting up and optimizing HR systems (ATS, LMS, HRIS), creating training programs on the LMS and contributing to the full lifecycle, including recruitment; HR certification a plus
  • Labor Law: Familiarity with CA labor law and experience supporting multi-state operations; experience with NY, HI, and AZ is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience setting up and enhancing HR systems. Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and LMS platforms, with a strong preference for LMS training program management experience; type 55+ WPM; 
  • Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who’s eager to innovate and improve processes, with a focus on driving change
